Who processes the data
This notice describes how OLOtheme processes the personal data collected through the olotheme.com website, including these OLOtutor pages, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018. What data and why
The “Write to us” form collects the data you leave us (name, email, school or organization, role and what you write) only to reply to you and prepare a trial plan. The legal basis is your request. We do not use this data for anything else and we do not share it with third parties.
For how long
We keep messages for as long as needed to reply and follow up on the trial, and in any case no longer than twenty-four months from the last contact.
Cookies
The site uses only the technical cookies it needs to work and, if you accept them in the banner, cookies that measure visits in aggregate form. You can change your choice at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing or object to it, and you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
