The first 200
of OLObuild.
OLOfounder is the program for people who want to run OLObuild with us from the very start. You get in with a page you make yourself in the sandbox: 200 places in all, at most 50 a month.
If you get in, you have the full OLObuild with a one-year reward license and, through the points campaign, you can receive up to 30 free licenses to use for your clients. The best 50 get more, and when Pro goes on sale we work together and earn together.

Yellow marks the active countries, green the ones that already have OLOfounders. The first wave has just started: your country could be the first.

A page of your own.
You apply with a page made in the sandbox. Every month at most 50 OLOfounders get in, and each one receives the full OLObuild by hand, with their own number.
Points and licenses.
Sites, blocks, tutorials, ideas and reported bugs earn points; accepted templates earn up to 30 free licenses to use for your clients. Everyone’s first six months count, and the top 50 receive the extra benefits.
Pro on sale.
Reward licenses become codes, the 200 get the founder price and the collaboration starts: whoever brings customers to OLObuild earns.
It answers right away.
When you send it, the form checks that the file is a page exported from OLObuild, made with the sandbox tiles, with at least 8 tiles in 3 sections and at least half of the texts written by you.
Texts left as they came, from freshly dragged tiles, the library or the themes, are recognized even when mixed up. If there are too many, the request doesn’t go through, and the message tells you which ones to rewrite.
By the end of the month.
We open every page that passes on a computer and a phone and score it from 1 to 5 on five points: composition, colors and typography, how it looks on the phone, own texts, command of the tiles. Pages scoring 15 out of 25 or more are eligible; the month’s 50 highest scores get in and, in a tie, whoever came first.
Everyone gets a couple of lines of feedback. Anyone eligible who doesn’t make the 50 gets in the next month without redoing the test; anyone who doesn’t pass can try again the next month.
Anyone outside the 50 stays an OLOfounder, with everything they already have.
In the points campaign, every accepted template is worth Pro licenses: up to 30 free licenses. Until Pro officially opens they are credits, recorded in your monthly summary; at the opening they become codes, to use for your own sites or to resell to your clients.
One license is one year of Pro, up to 3 sites. Each code can be used once and lasts 12 months from activation.
“Accepted” means it follows the tile rules: colors from the palette, readable contrast, works on the phone, native controls only. Licenses can only be resold to your own clients, up to 30 per person in the first year, and codes must be activated within 12 months of the Pro opening.
Buyers save.
Anyone who buys with your code gets a discount, and you receive a share of the first year and of the renewals.
The agencies you bring.
A White Label contract you bring in is worth a share of the first year.
Tutorials and themes.
Tutorials and themes on request, reviewed by the team, at a fixed price.
What we
ask of you.
A few rules, the same for everyone. You accept them when you apply.
Your page,
your place.
Fill in the form and attach your page’s .json file. The automatic check answers within seconds: if something’s wrong, it tells you what to change.
If the page passes, we review it by the end of the month and write to you either way.
Before
you apply.
-
How much does it cost?
Nothing. If you get in, you have the full OLObuild with a one-year reward license from delivery and, until Pro goes on sale, free anyway. For the sandbox you don’t even need an account.
-
Can I use the library blocks?
Yes, but rewrite the texts in your own words. The check measures how much of the text has stayed as it was at the start: at least half must be yours, and changing one word isn’t enough.
-
The check rejected my page. Now what?
The message tells you what to change, usually texts left as they came. Rewrite them, download the file again and resend your application.
-
How do I avoid losing my sandbox page?
It stays saved for 48 hours after the last change, in the same browser. When it’s ready, download it right away: the .json file stays on your computer.
-
When will I know if I’m in?
We review pages by the end of the month they arrive in, and we answer everyone with a couple of lines of feedback. If you’re in, within 3 working days you receive an email with the full OLObuild and your number.
-
This month’s places are gone. What do I do?
Apply anyway: your request counts for the following month. And anyone eligible who doesn’t make the month’s 50 gets in the next month, without redoing the test.
-
What about the Free edition?
During the first wave the Free edition can’t be downloaded. It comes out by the end of the year, and its release opens the second wave: once the 200 places are assigned, the waiting list opens.
-
What do you do with my data and my page?
We use them only to review the application and for the program. We look at the page ourselves, and it goes into the library only if you agree. You’ll find everything in the privacy policy, linked in the form.
